Title: Remember God,Now.
Text: Ecclesiastes 12: 1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s a very wonderful passage in the Bible. What do I mean by that?
I\u2019m talking about many days and days and days every human being from a younger age has a kind of agenda in life. One of the natures of human beings is that the more they have grown up, the more they feel they can stand for themselves.
The more we feel like we have the power of choice, self\u2019s choice like .\u2019 Oh, I\u2019m no longer a baby , I\u2019m already a grown up. I don\u2019t want this kind of clothes, I don\u2019t want this kind of friend, I don\u2019t want to live my life this way or that way. That\u2019s the way of human beings. It\u2019s not wrong. God has given us the power of choice.
The Bible says, I have laid down before you, some of men, blessing or cursing, life or death. Choose whatever you want. God is a God that will never force His Will to anyone. He loved to allow us to choose but at the same time, we need to be very careful, we need to remember something that is important in this passage that many people don\u2019t put in their heart and mind. This is what I want to call your attention my dear readers at this moment.
This is what the Bible calls. This is now the faint days and the Word of God says, Remember Thy God now in the days of your youth. It simply means, when you still have good health, when you can still stand up and walk ,do whatever you want to yourself.. It doesn\u2019t matter how old you are, you might be in your 50\u2019s, 70\u2019s or 20\u2019s or any year as long as you still have the ability to stand up, lift up your hands, able to continue and say, \u2018 Im enjoying good health, so you are like a youth in the sight of God. God is saying while you are still in such a day, remember that you don\u2019t just create yourself, that before you enter your mother\u2019s womb, there\u2019s Someone who has made you, a Living God who has protected you, guided you , when you dont know anything about yourself, when you have been delivered as a little child. When you are growing up, there\u2019s God who has been checking you and being with you without thinking about it. After they have grown up, they started to make a decision, \u2018 No, Come on, Pastor, You are getting too much. You dont have to control me because I have a choice for myself. I can do whatever I like. I dont like the way you preach last Sunday.
I\u2019m not going to come to church anymore.
You are telling God, I\u2019m enough for myself.
But it can be a very big mistake that so many people have done it and have destroyed their great destiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
May you never be ruined by the enemy.
I want to tell you that most of the human choices seem contrary to the Will of God, which is the Self Will of human beings , having been arranged by the devil and his demons.
For many, I know you may be dealing with something and saying , No, I\u2019m still a Christian, I still love God even if I dont go to church, even if I\u2019m not among them, even if I still commit sin.
You can justify yourself and anybody can do that. But the truth is that, you still dont know what is going on in the spirit realm. You dont know that your disobedience has the force behind it. You don\u2019t know that the self will you choose, you\u2019re not the only one choosing it but there\u2019s a reward in the kingdom of hell, making you do what you supposed dont do.
No matter what your situation my dear readers.
Wherever you are, I don\u2019t know how far you might have gone and backslidden.
God hath sent me again to you today as a messenger.
Remember Him before it will be too late.
He said, before the day of the Lord, you thought you had known everything.
You had your business, you\u2019ve been into investing, you got dated with your colleague, you have everything, I know, I understand.
I\u2019m a doctor, I have this and that but you can\u2019t see what God can see on the other side. You dont even see what the devil is planning against you. You don\u2019t see what will happen next, in the next few hours . You said, Leave me alone, I want to enjoy my life. Watch out! You dont own your life.
It\u2019s a big mistake for a human being to say, I own my life, I can do it the way I love. That is foolishness.
May you never be a fool in the name of Jesus Christ.
You dont own your life. It\u2019s either you live your life for God to own or you live with it for the devil to possess it. Just one of the two. No human beings can say , I own my life , it\u2019s just a word of a fool because who are you? After all what you have , in just one last breath, you will leave it all behind and someone else will enjoy all what you have gathered. That\u2019s what the Bible says, Jesus Christ our Lord has told us about a man who had a good farm, harvested everything and said, Now, let\u2019s build a bigger warehouse. He put up a warehouse, He sent his money for he has everything.
Now, He relaxed on his chair and said , \u2018 Now, my soul begins to enjoy, you have laboured for so many years, it\u2019s time for you to enjoy. And God said, What a fool! You, this day, you are going to die . If you die today, where are you going? That\u2019s the question.
There\u2019s a day that you are going to close your eyes and won\u2019t be able to open it anymore. Remember God Now before it will be late . A day is coming where you are the same person who cried for somebody else who died
then somebody will cry for you as well. You, that person who mocked someone who died will be mocked as well when your time will come.
Remember God now when it\u2019s not yet late.
Therefore, so many people presently , as i am talking as a Healing minister, I know what I\u2019m talking about I prayed for many people in many hospitals. I found people used to say, if I only knew that this is what will happen to me, I would serve God before I landed here in the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many have been in the prison yard, when we used to visit to pray for people.
I\u2019ve heard many inmates say, if I only knew when I was outside there, when they used to invite me for a church, I would be attending church by service. They only realized when they were in the prison yard.
May the Lord show mercy on such a person either in the hospital or in prison or wherever. Don\u2019t think that life will just be going on forever. The only way to rescue you in the day of evil in every human life. There is what we call evil days and the only way that can secure you in the day of evil, in the day that Satan has put in his own budget to attack you , the only way, That is God Almighty.
So, you don\u2019t remember Him for your enjoyment now. If you dont remember him because of your problem now or you have a certain relationship that is drawing you away from God..I pity you. What will happen to you after the evil days arrive , it\u2019s not in the ability of the Pastor anymore to rescue you. The Pastor can still pray for you. Anybody can still pray for you, miracles can still happen when you are not yet knocked down in disobedience. When you still want to harden your head, to disobey and there are still people telling you, \u2018 Remember God now, Remember God now. That\u2019s still an opportunity for its still time for grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whereby, your pastor\u2019s prayer can easily be answered. But when the day of evil arrived and you\u2019re not on the side of God, no amount of prayer can rescue you.
May you never be attacked by the devil in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Remember God now. Everything that you have, money you have, possession you have.
Haven\u2019t you heard about many actors, actresses , popular people and people calling them idols and just dying like a chicken? You just heard the announcement how old is she? 30 years old and that is a sad thing for they thought that life will continue for enjoyment without remembering God. Because they are so busy and are popular, they just look at their fans, they think they have everything , they have cars and money but they don\u2019t have divine security, their destiny is not secured because the Creator of their destiny has been neglected. Dont neglect God in your situation now.
When life is sweet, remember God. When life is better, remember God. In any circumstances, remember God. Whatever you are passing through, remember God, otherwise, there will be a day you dont expect that Satan will launch his attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may not like this message Word of God for you. Satan doesn\u2019t respect anybody\u2019s position. Regardless of what your position is, you might be the President, Senator, Governor or any position, you may be a Pastor or a Bishop. If you dont recognize God now. If you don\u2019t give your time to God now, when the day of evil arrives, your position and money can never save you. This is the time of grace . Let me show you something in the book of Proverbs chapter 1: 24, 26 Because I called and He refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded. Verse 26- I will also laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear comes.
Anyone who rejects God, refuses to recognize God, there are dangers coming. Your friend, husband or wife, or relative may not tell you because they dont know it. You may not hear from your Professor in your University, there is a day of challenge, of attack, or of trial which your position can never rescue you. But if you can choose to remember God when you are enjoying it then He will rescue you on the day of trouble.
\u2018 Pastor, you don\u2019t know anything. Don\u2019t you know that I have lots of bodyguards and securities.\u2019 I want to tell you that you lack the real knowledge. The real truth is that there are plenty around the world who have a lot of bodyguards died just like chicken. They died when nobody can rescue nor save them. The only solution is Remember God now. Now, when the day of evil has not yet arrived now because in the day of evil, your relationship with God which will be your best security, will be the best assurance of safety in your life and your family.
\u2018 Oh, you are right, Pastor, I really love God, I want to remember God but I was just so busy. My business won\u2019t give me time to go to any church. You know, I\u2019m so busy. Everybody knows that I\u2019m such a busy person.\u2019 Many busy people are crying in the hospital. One knockdown of sickness will make you forget all those labor you are crying about, will make you forget all those business, you will just be surprised that those who dont work for your labor will be the one to spend it. Why can\u2019t you make a decision now and make God your number one? Why can\u2019t you prioritize your God now? Remember Him before it will be too late.
Well, as I\u2019m about to round up, I would like to tell you, How can you remember your Creator? Im not talking about here they\u2019ll just come to your house and you say, Oh, oh , You are right , Pastor. I remember God now. No! What I\u2019m talking about now , when you said , remember God simply means,
1. Acknowledge Him in all your steps. In all the doings of your life. That\u2019s number one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Remember the presence of God.
Where you can have an encounter in the house of God, in the gathering of His people.
They said, come to church, attend the church service and you said, No, I won\u2019t go there , I\u2019m too busy, I can\u2019t go.\u2019.
You forget that all that busyness is making you forget God gradually.
Watch out! The devil is watching the days of going to attack you. Quickly remember God before it will be late. There are some people that even if the devil will take permission to destroy them, God will say, feel free, feel free because he is not useful. Though they come to church but they don\u2019t do anything for the work of God. They\u2019re just living their life as anyhow. You don\u2019t allow God to protect you. Remember Him by appearing in His presence. Be with Him<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Use your life for Him \u2013 Irs another way to remember Him by using your ability for Him. Your talent and time. It doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t do your secular job, business or whatever. But still create time for God. Serve God while you\u2019re still alive.
You\u2019ve been serving God before ? You became weary, tired and dropped it. It\u2019s a big sin. That\u2019s what we call backsliding.
When you are backsliding, Satan takes advantage. Remember God. Remember how you started with God. Remember when the fire was burning in you, when you were so excited to serve God. Now, the fire has gone, you relax and you dont want to remember it again. Now, you dont want any Pastor to tell you anymore.
Remember before it will be too late.. Remember before it will be too late..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Remember God in your finances \u2013 Remember God with your substance..
They came to Jesus, our Lord and talked about one man whose name was Jairus. It is said that this man had a sick daughter at home. Master, we want you to heal this man\u2019s daughter. Jesus was so busy as there were many people around Him but He said something about this girl\u2019s father. This man supported and paid to build this synagogue..
Jesus said, \u2018 Wow! I need to visit and pray for that one. That daughter must not just die because his father has been useful for God\u2019s kingdom.
What are they going to say about you? Do you have any record in the sight of God? What have you done?
You have your salary and you spend it all, together with your girlfriend.
Ooh, we enjoy life, we travel to different places, swim and enjoy. Ahhh!?
On the day of evil, your salary can never rescue you nor save you.. Remember God now with your money, with your possession. So that on the day of evil, God will say, \u2018 This is my own daughter, Satan, dont touch her. That\u2019s my own son, You\u2019re not allowed to touch him.\u2019
That\u2019s how it works.
But if you neglect God on the day of your enjoyment, you never remember Him. They thought, you are enjoying it. You are just gathering the package of your attack , you are giving a chance to the devil to gather the days of its sorrow.
Why can\u2019t you just remember God now with your time, for His presence, build a relationship with Him, and use your money and talent? Build a good relationship with God so that when the devil will plan to attack, God will be there to defend you.
Pastors can pray on the day of evil, on the day of challenge, but God may not answer. It depends on your relationship with Him. Make your relationship right now before it will be too late. It is there when you read Proverbs 1: 28 \u2013 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me..
Then that time, you will call. The church member will pray for you but God won\u2019t answer. Why can\u2019t you build a relationship with God now? When you still have a complete body. When you still have that money and business. When everything is still at peace and enjoying life, remember God. On the day of evil, God says, I won\u2019t answer.
When Satan kicked you, God said, No, Satan. You are free because this one is a disobedient person. I\u2019ve been calling him her for a long time. I sent my servant to preach , even on Facebook to call his attention but He refused.
May you never be attacked by the devil.
Remember God. Remember God.
People can pray for you.
Answers only come from God. If God doesn\u2019t answer, no ability of a Pastor can rescue you.
\u2018 Oh, dont worry, I have my Pastor, He\u2019s my friend. Even if I don\u2019t remember God now, if there\u2019s any problem, I\u2019ll just give my Tithes to the Pastor and He will pray for me.\u2019
You\u2019re just deceiving yourself. It won\u2019t work that time.
