Right Position: Gateway To Your Success
Hallelujah!
One of the wonderful stories in the Bible is about the rich man called Zacchaeus, who had been longing to see Jesus. he made good steps to be able to see the Lord that we can glean knowledge from, life lessons that can be a blessing in our time. This message is entitled Right Position: the gateway to your success.
In this world, we desire a certain kind of miracle. Many expect a miracle, some even pray for miracles, they pray and fast to get them. Some go to the extent of doing spiritual exercises in order to get their miracle. Unfortunately, these hardworking individuals end without the miracles they expect. On the other hand, others receive exactly what they expect. But God, as good and loving as He is, is willing to do miracles for you.
There are important conditions in Zacchaeus account of miracle. Granting you are in the right position (1), and when God sees the opportunity to give the miracle (2), then He will reach out to give the miracle you desire. And Zacchaeus story met these conditions.
He desired to see Jesus. He could have been waving his hands to catch the attention of Jesus Who was around many people. Sensing that Jesus wouldn’t notice him no matter how hard he tried, he had to do something. Besides, the tax collector was a short man. There’s no way Jesus can have the opportunity to see him among the crowd for he was small. What did he do? He climbed the Sycamore tree! Notice that as he changed his position from the ground to the tree, that moment he was able to call the attention of Jesus.
Sometimes, we need to change our position, we need to understand right positioning, or need to know if weare rightly positioned in order to access our miracle.
The sun and moon give us a perfect illustration of this right positioning. The moon doesn’t have a light of its own, it only shines if it is positioned rightly towards the sun (to get the reflection of the light from the sun), in order for the moon to shine. The same thing in this life. If you are rightly positioned, the glory of God will bring forth miracle in your life. No amount of prayer can bring miracle manifestation, unless you are rightly positioned. Many people expect good things in life. They want change in their life, they need miracle in their life but they are positioned in a sinful state and they’re good buddies with sinners. They are not in proximity with the things of God, they are unfamiliar with the things about God, yet they expect miracle from Him – that is impossible!. You need to make a change and position yourself rightly so that God can release what He desires for you. Your friends, your place, how you position yourself have a lot to do with the miracles you long for. Some of you may be familiar with the story of The Prodigal Son. He received all the blessings that belonged to him from his father but positioned himself differently when he wasted all that he inherited. When famine came, he felt so much lack and wanting in his life. He realized, that instead of eating in a unrecognizable, dishonorable place, he’d rather that he go back to his father. The Bible recounted that upon returning to the fold, his father gladly embraced him and life changed totally for him. The son positioned himself again.
You must be reading my message while you are remotely distant from God caused by a pandemic. Other factors like there is no chance going to church or no chance to have and attend a service make you lukewarm. You must be gladly thinking there’s no need to worry about not seeing your pastor, that you can just relax and enjoy Sunday in the.confines of your home. You need to position yourself with God, you need to position yourself with the Word of God. Even at home, viewing this kind of message online, and having appointment with God on a daily basis – that’s positioning! It simply means you have positioned yourself to ignite the start of miracle. It is already a given fact that God loves you, that He wants to do a miracle for you. But how do you position yourself? No amount of good work can bring down the miracle you expect if you are in a wrong position. It is my prayer that the Holy Spirit of God will minister to you and open your eyes about where to position yourself to receive God’s plan for you. Hallelujah! Word of caution, however, beware of this kind of positioning- relaxing in your comfort zone. There are many privileged people that God is bringing to new heights but are inhibited to prosper because they are relaxing in their comfort zone. God intends for them to go a notch higher, but they prefer to stay in one place (in their comfort space), when in fact, God wants to bless them somewhere else. If you don’t know how to get out of your comfort zone and stretch yourself to be able to reach the level God is taking you to, you will be living under limit. Be willing to position yourself on how God wants you to be, not just how you want yourself to be. Many have lost their destiny because of their boyfriend, many have lost their great destiny in the name of their friends, declaring, “Oh my friends are here, I must be here; Oh my boyfriend is here, I cannot move out from here”. You may have forgotten that it could be you that God will make a way for, in order to create a way for others.
There are three important points you need to consider on how to position yourself:
1. Humility. For everyone of us to be able to position rightly, we must have the Spirit of humility. Most people, because of their high status, find it difficult to humble themselves. Though they consult and ask the pastor or the bishop to pray or prophesy for them, they already have premeditated on doing something else. One of the greatest men of the Bible was Moses. The Bible called Moses as the meekest, the most humble person on earth. He was so humble that God would talk personally to him. However, in today’s generation, God cannot guide us because we hardly practise to humble ourselves. We should have the Spirit of humility, God will position us rightly.
He will guide you. There are times when God positions you for your miracle. What He will tell you, humanly speaking, are things that don’t seem make sense. The action of God sometimes, to human beings appear to be foolishness.
But for God, it’s a power that will give you access to your miracle. Luke 19 reminds us of a man in the Bible called Zacchaeus. Verse 2 of the chapter says, the man was a rich man, he was so rich. Not only that, he was also chief of the land. And with this standing, oblivious about his position, he exerted every effort to climb the tree to be able to see the King of Glory.
What a wise Zacchaeus!
Many people today, when God gives them a billion, they just give away a hundred thousand. And as quickly as they turned big, they no longer care about their pastors anymore, they don’t care about other people anymore.
Do not limit your glory in the name of pride. God is still taking to the highest level. The position you have now is just the beginning. That isn’t where you are going, a greater miracle is in the offing waiting for you. But one thing you should be is, always be humble. Never let money or position rule over you. But remember, with humility, God gives you instruction, and when He gives you instruction and if you are willing to blend to the will of the Lord, expect manifestation. Hallelujah!

2. Action of faith. If you want to be repositioned, this is where humans encounter difficulty. Take a step towards what you believe, to what God has instructed you. Mark 2:2-5 says, “And they come unto Him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was born of four.”(v.3) The sick man was brought to where Jesus was preaching. The place was so covered, the man could not enter. The Bible mentioned about, “They took a step and (v.4) they removed the roof where He was and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed where in the sick of the palsy lay.” The same thing for positioning. Many had been dying waiting for their destiny wasted for many years. Make change according to the instruction of God, you will see new light shine. Never take a step that is not the guidance from God. Never take a reposition that is not inspired by God. But when you are led by God, fear not. No matter what the odds, if you have my God, He will surprise you. I remember a story of a young brother, he’s a bright guy. He had a good record from high school, qualified to be enrolled in a university. Unfortunately, he belonged to a poor family, there was no one to help him, no one to support him. He had no father, and he had no money. When the time of enrollment came, it was impossible for him to get enrolled. One day, he heard the Word of God like this, “Your school is in the city, what are you waiting for in the village?”. In the university where he want to enroll, is in the city, he has to go in that city. He didn’t have money for enrollment but he was willing to obey the Word of God to reposition. He moved out of the village with the faith that he’s going to pay for the enrollment even without money. Upon getting to the entrance of the university, a certain rich man was coming with his son. The rich found this brother at the gate and he asked where the registrar office was and the young man answered “Oh, that’s where I’m going”, and the rich man said, “Let us come inside, join me and my son, I’m taking my son for the registration, so you can join us”. They entered and the young man started guiding them. Along the way, the rich man asked questions about who the young man is, and eventually got to know about his situation: that he came from a village and went to the university to check results even when he had no money. The rich man, upon finding out the brother qualified for the enrolment, amazingly declared “I have these two children who want to enroll. And I’m ready to foot the bill.” That’s how the young brother got enrolled. And that’s how God worked for his positioning. If he disobeyed the Word of God, stayed in the village, kept praying and, who knows, complained in the end, fearing the unknown, thereby allowing the enemy to complicate the situation, he must have lost the opportunity.
Don’t miss your chance. Life is season and time. This is your season, God will give you guidance. Be willing to be positioned rightly. There are friends that you are positioned with that cannot help you. There are old friends who must have contributed to your progress before. You must be ready for God to replace them with the right one for your success. Make a change. Be ready for your repositioning. Position your self with the right people who can see your dreams with you, who can encourage you to fulfill them. And the will of God will be done in your life.
There are persons you will meet in life and your life will never be the same again. And there are some that will rot your life and knock you down. (That will not be your portion).

3.Obedience. When God says this is the way, take this next step, you mist obey. You may be tied down with past situations and present enjoyment, if you disobey God, you will not reach the point of the real miracle that God has planned for you. But when you have the Spirit of obedience, and you say, “Yes Lord, I am moving according to Your Word”, you’ll be surprised! In the book of John 21:6, the Bible says, “And He said unto them, cast the net on the right side of the ship and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.” Peter and his companions were trying to catch fish and didn’t catch any. Jesus said, “Put your net on the right side”. Peter has the every right to reason because previously, they were doing the same, putting the net to the right side and it didn’t work. Considering that they are professional fishermen and they knew what they’re doing, not following what Jesus says is next to possible. But, when Jesus said to position the net at the right side, the net overflowed with blessings. The catch of the fish was so overwhelmingly great. The same thing with life, there are fresh blessings from God ready for the taking. You just have to have the obedient spirit that can obey God. God is telling you that His plans are not your plans, that our ways is not His ways. If God says “Go this way”, don’t be wiser than He and do not think that you are wiser than the prophet He sent either. Remember that, your access to your great miracle will only happen by following the instructions from God.
God will change your life. Position yourself again with Him, keep the relationship with Him. The greater miracle is about to happen in your life. If you will do your part, God is ever faithful to do His.
May the Lord bless you in the name of Jesus. Get over your past, you may be sick now because of your disobedience, not eating the right food, not listening to sound advice, and you’re unsure that God can forgive you, whatever it is you are going through, God is a good God. The moment you make a decision to reposition back to Him, there will be time for refreshment from the throne of God and it will change your life for good in the name of Jesus!
And finally, make a choice today to reposition yourself for God to fulfill His Word of your life. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
Prayer: Father in heaven, we bless your name. Thank You for the Word You sent to us. Lord, I commit everyone who hear this message. As we make a decision for repositioning according to your Word, let your Spirit to guide and lead individually. Let there be guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible says, “You shall hear His voice in your ear”. Let this Word be able to take the right step into their miracle in the name of Jesus. If there’s any area that Satan has mislead anyone in, to be in bondage of sin and of l the devil, to bind down the destiny of the people, Lord, I declare them destroyed in the name of Jesus. Let there be release of miracle, healing and blessings now. Everyone reading and viewing this, I declare in the name of Jesus, that the miracle you need that you’ve been desiring for, I command the release of it now, receive your miracle, blessings, good health, in the name of Jesus. Lord heal our world, let there be testimony in the precious name of Jesus.
